Full Itinerary
A natural caldera stocked with wildlife, flocks of birds on Lake Manyara, big cats on the Serengeti plains - an extensive safari of Tanzania's best parks.
DAY 1, Moshi
Upon arrival in the town of Moshi, make your way to our accommodation to overnight.
DAY 2, Lake Manyara
From Moshi, travel to the first of three magnificent game parks for three days of exciting wildlife watching. Lake Manyara National Park is known partly for its 'tree climbing' lions but also for the scenic Lake Manyara,with its hippo pools and flocks of flamingos.
The remaining of the park is largely marshes, grassland and acacia woodland. The high escarpment offers spectacular views of the Great Rift Valley and the nearby village Mto Wa Mbu offers a variety of local handcraft and souvenir shopping.
DAYS 3 - 4, Olduvai Gorge, Serengeti NP
We continue to the Serengeti plains via Olduvai Gorge. Olduvai is famed for the archaeological digs and remnants of early Man. We continue on to the open savannahs of the Serengeti National Par fro two nights camping in amongst some of the finest game viewing areas in the world.
DAY 5, Serengeti NP, Ngorongoro Crater
We leave the Serengeti and ascend teh outer walls of the Ngorongoro Crater Conservation Area (a World Heritage site). We spend the afternoon gamedrving on the floor of the 'Crater' (16km across surrounded by crater walls some 700m high)/ Eventually we wind our way back up the narrow road to the Crater rim and our campsite nearby.
DAY 5, Arusha, Moshi
We cross back over the Great Rift Valley through the thriving sity of Arusha and skirting Mount Meru make our way back to Moshi for overnight.
DAY 6, Moshi
Arrangements end after breakfast. A natural caldera stocked with wildlife, flocks of birds on Lake Manyara, big cats on the Serengeti plains - an extensive safari of Tanzania's best parks.
DAY 1, Moshi

DAY 2, Lake Manyara
